I've been song writing for ten years and still trying to make it! I have had several songs published and several single releases by Alberta artists. I receive a royalty check every 3 months that sometimes buys a carton of milk and other times I can pay off my VISA which has been known to be quite high!! It all depends.

Right now I have a song that is playing for 8 seconds on an episode of "Madd T.V." as background music. I must confess that I have never heard of the show but other people have and are suitably impressed. I am impressed with the royalty it pays! There is MOOCHO money to be made if you get lucky and persevere, but obviously I am not in it for the money or I would have quit a long time ago.

I love the SONG - I love country music - I love Hereford cattle - and I love a certain Hereford breeder, although not necessarily in this order!

I would say I live the good life!!"
