Jeff currently lives in Dunedin Florida, just outside of Tampa.  He splits his time between writing new material, recording and touring whenever possible.   In May of 2000, he released his second CD "A Songwriter's Journal", a follow up to 1999's "Maybe Picasso", to critical acclaim.  The single "Bag of Bones" rose to the top of the online charts and brought serious attention to Jeff's music.  To date, Jeff has experienced over 4,000 Internet downloads.  The CD has experienced airplay on college radio, community radio and even as far away as Belgium.  In November of 2000 Jeff was offered a publishing deal with Lyn Ashley Music Publishing, in Aliso Viejo California.  He is currently working on a new studio album to be released in late 2001.  Tour plans for 2002 begin in March with appearances at the Macon Cherry Blossom Festival and as an opening act for B.J. Thomas.

"Although I have been a musician since I was about 13 years old, it wasn't until about 1995 that I started to get serious about songwriting.  Since then I have attempted to write whenever possible about whatever inspires me.  It's been said that I write a lot of really serious, sad songs.  Maybe, but I only write about things that mean something to me, good or bad.  All of my songs have a story behind them, just ask."

Press & Reviews

"Thanks for the great performance you put on at my Barnes & Noble store in Aliso Viejo, CA. I found your music to be well-written, enjoyable and original. Also, your performance was professional and well executed. Let me know if you'll be in the area again because I would love to have you play in the store another time."   Nanette Heiser, CRM

"...a creative singer/songwriter..."    Acoustic Roots Radio

"...great stuff for my program..."     Alex Pijnen, BRTO Radio, Holland

"..clever songs in a dry, laconic tenor. Jeff has a rhythmically assured acoustic guitar and vocals style."

Tom Heyman, Listen.com
